Richmond, April 16, 2007 - At Graymont we recognize the importance of energy in our society and believe that energy efficiency is a great way to improve our environment.  Therefore, we continuously try to improve energy efficiency at all of our locations, and we encourage our employees to be energy conscious at home.  To promote home energy conservation, Graymont will be awarding a $200 prize to one employee at each of Graymont's 18 locations who reduces their home energy use in 2007 compared to 2006, by the highest percentage.  The person who reduces their home energy amounts by the highest percentage amongst all Graymont locations will receive an additional $1,000 Grand Prize.
