Bill Dodge recently announced the winners of the 2008 Scholarship Program. Each year Graymont provides two scholarships of $2,000, which may be renewed for up to an additional three years, to the dependents of employees to reward academic achievement and to assist these students in realizing their educational goals. Eligible dependents must be pursuing full-time post-secondary education leading to either an undergraduate degree or a trade, technical or vocational diploma.
Due to the number of highly qualified individuals, the number of scholarship awards for this year has been increased from two to four. The winners are:
Collette Chorney, daughter of Elton Chorney from Townsend, MT. Collette will attend Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte where she will pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry.
Jennifer Johnson, daughter of David Johnson from Townsend, MT. Jennifer will attend Montana State University in Billings, MT where she will pursue an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.
Emily Moeller, daughter of Duane Moeller from Superior, WI. Emily will attend Concordia College in Moorhead, MN where she will pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Gabrielle Petitclerc, daughter of Sylvain Petitclerc from Saint-Marc-des-Carrieres. Gabrielle will attend Cégep de Sainte-Foy where she will pursue a Diploma in cardio-respiratory and anesthetic resuscitation (intensive care).
Graymont congratulates each of these individuals and their families and wishes them success in their future studies.
