(September 29, 2006) -- Stuart Wolfe recently announced the winners of the first annual Graymont Scholarship Program. The Scholarship Program was initiated this year to encourage the children of employees to take advantage of scholastic and vocational training opportunities. The scholarship awards students $2,000 and allows them to continue to be eligible for scholarship assistance on a yearly basis for up to three more years or until a degree or diploma is earned, whichever comes first.
This year's winners are: Justin Houser, son of Ralph Houser from Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania, who is a student at Penn State University, Matthew Watts, son of Brandon Watts from Delta, Utah, attending Snow College, Myrianne Lessard, daughter of Denis Lessard from Marbleton, Quebec, studying at College de Sherbrooke, and Sarah Magee, daughter of Stan Magee from Exshaw, Alberta, a student at the University of Calgary.
Graymont congratulates each of these individuals and their families and wishes them success in their future studies.
